At Sí Se Puede Schools, we’re building something new. We are a growing team of diverse and experienced educators that always asks, “How can we make school the most amazing place in the neighborhood for kids?”

We love every nook and cranny of challenges like the one we’re undertaking, and if we don’t know the answer, we are committed to finding it. We obsess over data, outcomes, and impact. We constantly leap into the unknown and are committed to improvement, both our own and each other’s.

We work hard and urgently - starting in Pre-K - to prepare our students for the long road to college. We do whatever it takes because we know the clock is ticking. We truly love what we do and the people we get to do it with.

We are looking for people with this same spirit of urgency, openness, and love—people who are entrepreneurial, creative thinkers, and who can’t wait to work closely with schools, teachers, families, districts, and community partners to learn and continuously improve our approach.
